This rewarding position involves providing personalized support, skill development, and community integration for a 33 year old male who is social and easy to work with. Duties Implement individualized habilitation plans designed to promote independence in daily living activities and community participation Support client during outings and community activities, ensuring safety and engagement while utilizing personal transportation assistance when needed Communicate clearly with client using various methods Document activity reports accurately to track client development and inform team planning Collaborate with family to ensure consistent support tailored to client's needs Requirements Male preferred Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred Driver's license preferred Familiarity with assisting clients with cognitive disabilities and supporting their participation in daily routines preferred Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Compassionate and fun attitude with patience, adaptability, and a positive approach toward supporting individuals with disabilities
