Job Description

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Good Partner Program. The Good Partner Case Manager provides support and resources to assist Goodwill staff in overcoming barriers and challenges in everyday life. These barriers can be related to transportation, housing, access to healthcare, and other social, cultural, and environmental conditions. You will help to identify areas of need and work with the individual to identify goals and develop plans to address these barriers to allow the individual to maintain employment. Employer-paid Group Term Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business, or related field preferred, or three years of experience providing case management services and High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license with five or fewer points and automotive insurance. Must regularly provide the agency with proof of valid auto insurance. Travel is required within communities served and may include transporting the individual served as necessary. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Works a flexible and varying schedule that may include nights or weekends as determined by the needs of the individual served. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to inside, sedentary work. This is a full-time, hourly position with offered benefits of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Retirement, and generous Paid Time Off.
