As an Immigration Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with navigating the complexities of immigration processes. You will provide guidance, support, and manage client cases from start to finish, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to meet their immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of immigration clients, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration cases. Prepare, review, and submit immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents. Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies (USCIS, consulates, etc.), attorneys, and other stakeholders. Provide updates and follow up on cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Research and stay current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate and organized case files, client records, and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance throughout the immigration process.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in immigration law, case management, or related fields. Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
