This position works directly with clients and collaborates with staff, community partners, courts, and state agencies to support client needs and successful outcomes. Duties Provide individual case management, peer recovery support, and educational groups while assisting clients with accessing appropriate community resources and services. Coordinate with DHS, ODMHSAS, courts, community partners, and other service providers; serve as a court liaison when needed. Maintain accurate client and program documentation, including case notes, reports, statistics, billing information, and required records. Support program coordination, development, compliance, policies and procedures, grants, and certification requirements. Participate in staff meetings, client staffing, trainings, and community awareness activities; collaborate effectively with clients, families, coworkers, and community partners. Provide client transportation as needed, maintain agency vehicle cleanliness and logs, protect confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required. OHCA billing contract required to allow Resonance to bill for services provided. Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health or substance use and recovery-related needs. Knowledge of gender-specific, co-occurring, trauma-informed, and culturally competent approaches. Strong communication, organization, documentation, interpersonal, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Commitment to the mission of Resonance Center for Women and ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and sound judgment.

Pay:
