Housing Stabilization Case Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.67 to $25.61 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Maintain an assigned caseload of individuals and families, including Veterans and unhoused participants. Interview and screen participants to determine eligibility for assistance programs. Help participants establish short- and long-term goals toward stability and self-sufficiency. Monitor progress and provide ongoing one-on-one support. Connect participants with housing, food, utility, emergency, and community resources. Maintain accurate case notes, participant files, vouchers, and database records. Assist with housing or personal emergencies and provide crisis support when appropriate.

Housing Stabilization Case Manager Qualifications:

At least one year of case management or related eligibility-determination experience. Experience supporting Veterans, unhoused populations, or people experiencing hardship is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills. Ability to maintain participant and organizational confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based database systems. Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
