Supports Coordination is the service of developing, identifying, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining supports and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Our Supports Coordinators engage individuals and their families in the development of plans that ensure their needs and goals are addressed, and life opportunities expanded.
