Northeast Counseling Services (NCS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Blended Case Manager. The Blended Case Manager works with individuals experiencing serious mental illness using a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach. The primary goal of this position is to empower clients to identify their needs, access resources, and achieve greater independence through coordinated support and advocacy. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 12 college credit hours in Sociology, Human Services, Psychology, or another social science field is required. Two (2) years of experience in Human Services is required. One (1) year of experience providing direct client contact is required. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a related field preferred
