One of our clients is seeking Case Managers to provide services in the Philadelphia area.
CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS 8
30 am- 5:00 pm Multiple client-based quarterly incentives.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Coordinate the performance of initial and ongoing evaluations of the child and family. Complete initial and ongoing assessments of the child and family as required. Assist families in identifying early intervention services and support identified on their IFSP Enter service notes the same day that the activity occurs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree under Human Services umbrella (psych, social work, sociology, criminal justice, political science. 1 year experience working with children
