Salary:
$38,000-$42,000 (full-time) • Comprehensive benefits package About Every Child, Inc. Every Child, Inc. (ECI) is a nonprofit organization in southwestern Pennsylvania dedicated to strengthening families and communities through foster care, adoption, family preservation, and family-based mental health services. At ECI, caseworkers carry sustainable caseloads so you can do your best work for the families who need it most. The Role As a Permanency Caseworker, you'll work closely with children, families, and referral sources to build and execute comprehensive permanency plans — connecting adoptive and kinship families with the individualized support they need for stable, lasting placements. You'll provide the full range of SWAN service units, including: Child Profiles and Child Preparation Services Child-Specific Recruitment Family Profiles and Placement Finalization support In-home visits, case advocacy, and ongoing family support Services are delivered in home and community settings. Both full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time positions are available. What We're Looking For Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field 1-2 years of related experience and/or internship (preferred, not required) Experience working with trauma-impacted individuals and families Strong relationship-building and one-on-one communication skills Excellent organizational and computer skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or non-traditional hours as needed Ability to adapt in a dynamic, community-based environment Don't check every box? Compensation & Benefits Salary:
