About the Casework Supervisor Role As a Casework Supervisor within our Children and Youth team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through strength-based services. Starting Salary:

$52,000 Casework Supervisor Core Responsibilities Provide coaching for staff Facilitate meetings Attend court hearings Participate in training/staff development Facilitate caseload coverage What You Bring Bachelor's Degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice; or other related social sciences. Two years' experience in CYS/child welfare. Location & Schedule This position is based in Lackawanna County, PA. Work is primarily in office and community based. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
