  • Part-time, Contract About Us We are a patient-focused chiropractic office specializing in the treatment of personal injury cases.
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care while ensuring clear communication between patients, healthcare providers, and legal representatives. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Part-Time Case Manager to support our growing practice. This role is essential in coordinating patient care, maintaining communication with referral providers and attorneys, and ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatment throughout their recovery process. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular follow-ups with personal injury patients regarding treatment progress and appointments Coordinate referrals to outside healthcare providers (e.g., imaging centers, specialists, physical therapy) Communicate with attorneys and legal offices to provide updates on patient status and care plans Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including documentation of communications and referrals Verify completion of referred services and obtain medical records/reports as needed Assist with scheduling and ensure continuity of care for all patients Support the chiropractic team with administrative and case management tasks Qualifications Previous experience in case management, medical office administration, or personal injury setting preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases efficiently High attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable interacting with patients, attorneys, and healthcare providers Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or electronic medical record (EMR) systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Key Competencies Empathy and patient-centered approach Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Professionalism and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
