Job Overview We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Case Manager to join our team at our non-medical home care agency. This is an remote position, responsible for engaging with prospective clients and their families, explaining our home care services, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the process of becoming clients. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people, building trust, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, social services, case management, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients and their families to understand their care needs, preferences, and expectations. Explain our non-medical home care services, including available care options, scheduling, and the client onboarding process. Build strong, professional relationships with prospective clients and their families. Conduct client intake and gather necessary information. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout the decision-making and onboarding process. Assist with scheduling and coordinating services when needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Represent the agency professionally and contribute to building a positive reputation within the community. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Compassionate, patient, and professional approach when working with clients and families. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and priorities effectively. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software. Previous experience in home care, healthcare, social services, case management, senior care, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work remotely and interact directly with clients and families. Bilingual skills are a plus. We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people . The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with new clients, answering questions, explaining services clearly, and guiding families through what can sometimes be a stressful or unfamiliar process. Compensation will be based on billable hours at 1.25 per hour.
