Case Manager (ILS Facilitator) Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Starting Pay:

Join Compass in Sacramento as an Independent Living Services Facilitator and play a key leadership role supporting adults with developmental disabilities. What You'll Do As an ILS Facilitator, you'll: Lead and mentor a small team of Life Coaches Support clients one-on-one to build independence Oversee service plans and ensure quality support Partner with families, regional centers, and internal teams This is a hybrid role—split between office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings. Required:

Bachelor's degree, 2+ years social work experience, valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance, fingerprint clearance, drug screening
