Job Description
Position:
- Case Manager (Customer Experience Advocate)
Salary:
- $23.50/hour
Work Schedule:
- Shift assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Location:
- Remote (candidates must reside in Pittsburgh, PA, Raleigh, NC, Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ)

Key Responsibilities:
- + Serve as the primary case manager for patient, provider, and customer inquiries + Support patient program enrollment, benefits verification, and pharmacy referrals + Conduct initial patient onboarding and continued support outreach + Maintain ongoing communication with all parties on case progress and next steps + Process patient assistance program (PAP) requests and re-approvals promptly + Refer patients to external programs when appropriate + Accurately document and report adverse events and product complaints + Independently manage a territory and make timely decisions to resolve cases + Efficiently prioritize workload and support the needs of patients and healthcare providers + Deliver concierge-level service and escalate complex issues as needed + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field and manufacturer reps, providers, and program teams + Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to program standards + Uphold patient privacy laws and support a collaborative team environment + Perform additional duties as assigned •
Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred + Minimum 4 years professional experience, with at least 2 years in customer service, call center, or insurance (preferably in healthcare or pharmacy) + Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during operating hours (8am-8pm EST) + Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills + Proven ability to manage a caseload, prioritize, and multitask + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems + Comfort working in a regulated, high-volume remote environment +
