Job Description
Purpose:
To facilitate the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver participant's achievement of his/her goals of community inclusion and remaining in their homes. Service(s) may be provided in the home and/or community settings. The service(s) provides overall assistance to the family caregiver in the disability-related care of the client, while facilitating the client's independence and integration into the community.Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a social services or human services field, or behavioral sciences required.- Psychology
