Job Description

Developmental Disability Assessor
ID - Lewiston Job Description Do you have experience supporting children or adults who are living with autism or developmental disabilities? If so - you are encouraged to consider a full-time Independent Assessor position with Liberty Healthcare. Role description As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. What you'll do Lead video and in-person meetings with children and adults who are living with autism and developmental disabilities
Interview family members, guardians, and caregivers
Administer structured assessments
Write reports and make recommendations
Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion What you'll love about this work Ability to work primarily from home

Opportunity help people in your community Work setting You will primarily work remotely from your home office
You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
Travel will primarily be in Lewiston, Moscow, and surrounding communities Pay and benefits $50,000 annual salary

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree
Idaho residency Relevant experience You are encouraged to apply if you've worked in any of these roles: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
Case Manager / Case Worker
Social Worker / Service Coordinator
