7/7/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Family Preservation Case Manager to work directly with children involved with DCFS and their families to promote safety, stability, and long-term success. In this role, you will assess family needs, establish service goals, and connect families with appropriate supports and interventions. You will meet with children weekly at the beginning of services and transition to bi-weekly visits as progress is made. This position offers a supportive supervisory structure focused on professional growth, clinical guidance, and case management excellence. Responsibilities Meet with children and families involved with DCFS to assess needs and strengths Develop individualized goals focused on safety, stability, and family preservation Link families to appropriate services, resources, and treatment supports Conduct regular home and community-based visits Monitor, evaluate, and document child and family progress Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case documentation Collaborate with supervisors, internal teams, and external partners Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings Requirements One of the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field) with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience
