We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic Match Specialist and Case Manager to join our esteemed surrogacy company. Responsibilities:
Surrogate-Intended Parent Matching:
Utilize your exceptional interpersonal skills to assess the preferences and needs of intended parents and surrogates and facilitate successful matches.
Case Management:
Guide intended parents and surrogates through the surrogacy process, offering emotional support, information, and assistance at every step.
Coordinate Services:
Collaborate with legal, medical, and psychological professionals to ensure all necessary services and evaluations are scheduled and completed.
Communication:
Maintain open and clear communication channels between all parties involved, addressing questions, concerns, and updates promptly.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential challenges and proactively work towards solutions to mitigate issues that may arise during the surrogacy journey.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring that all relevant information is properly documented and filed.
Empowerment:
Educate intended parents and surrogates about their rights, responsibilities, and choices, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
At least 1-year experience in case management, or related fields, with a specific focus on surrogacy or fertility services. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
