Job Description

  • 90,000/year, based on experience. Most PI firms run their case managers on decades-old software and endless spreadsheets. We built our own platform from the ground up: calls, texts, email, faxes, e-signatures, medical records, and documents all live in one place, with AI that files incoming mail to the right case, flags missing medical records, and drafts routine communications
  • so you spend your time moving cases, not hunting for information. What you'll do:
  • Own a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement
  • Manage client communication and keep clients genuinely informed
  • calls, texts, and email all from one screen
  • Coordinate treatment, gather medical records and bills, and build complete demand-ready files
  • Work directly with our attorneys and a dedicated remote assistant assigned to your pod
  • Negotiate with adjusters and track every deadline in the platform What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years as a case manager at a personal injury firm (pre-litigation), or equivalent PI paralegal experience
  • You know the PI lifecycle cold: treatment coordination, records and bills collection, liens, demands, negotiation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred (most of our clients are Spanish-speaking)
  • Organized, proactive, and good with clients on the phone
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • ours is modern and fast, and your feedback shapes it What you get:

  • 90,000/year based on experience

  • you focus on the work that needs your judgment

  • Direct access to the attorneys; small-team structure, no bureaucracy
  • Hybrid schedule based at our Beverly Hills office; remote considered for exceptional experienced candidates
  • Growth path as the firm scales How to apply: Apply with your resume.
