A Case Manager coordinates delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs.

Experience Requirements:
2+ year experience handling PreSuit Injury cases Fluent in the lifecycle of a Personal Injury case Collaboration with various support teams to work smarter not harder. Key Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Client communication Conflict checks Ensure receipt of all necessary case documents (photos, insurance, crash report, etc.) Review PIP logs to identify providers and payments Manage medical visits, billing and payments within the case management system Review incoming medical records for important information Prepare MedChron and case summaries in preparation for Demand Drafting Demands for attorney review Monitor liens and negotiate lien reductions Capturing case costs and expenses into case management systems Preparing closing statements for attorney review and client signature Team collaboration on case evaluations (Yes, your opinion matters!) Collaboration with the Intake, Legal Clerks, Medical Record and Settlement Teams Skills needed for success: Bi-Lingual is a huge plus Solid communication skills both within and outside the team Client centered focus to move cases forward Comfortable in a paper-lite system Excellent attendance history Highly organized Proactive independently and with support teams Excellent time management Positive attitude with a proactive approach Ability to follow pre-established processes, but.... Innovative enough to communicate ways to make the processes even better!!
