PRE-SUIT.

Candidates whose only experience is in PIP should not apply. This is a hybrid position, 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a plaintiff personal injury pre-suit Case Manager. Case management software experience required, FileVine a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Bilingual (Eng/Span) preferred but not required Ability to proactively move cases with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

Communication with clients, lien holders, and providers Obtain and organize all records for claim Arrange, track and follow up with clients on treatment Draft demand packages under attorney supervision Prepare reduction requests and communicate with medical providers and lien holders Prepare closing documentation Maintain organized notes, deadlines, and records in our case management system,
