Job Description

Lawrence County Developmental Disabilities (LCDD) is a county government agency serving children and adults who are at risk for or have a diagnosed developmental disability. We promote advocacy, inclusion and personal growth. A Service & Support Administrator (SSA) is the primary point of coordination and will empower individuals through the person-centered planning process. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, psychology, etc.); have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; meet acceptable background checks. Training is provided! Flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home after one year. Starting pay is $22.01 per hour and may increase with experience. Many job duties are unique to our industry in Ohio.
The SSA:
coordinates intake and eligibility for LCDD services to individuals with disabilities; assesses individual's needs for services; develops the individual service plan; assists in selecting providers; monitors individual's satisfaction and need for services; assist in establishing budgets for service provision; performs in-home visits; performs waiver administration duties for individuals enrolled on home and community based services waivers; completes service and training documentation in a timely manner; completes all agency referrals in a timely manner; makes referrals to community agencies and provides follow-up; performs 24-hour crisis intervention services as scheduled (on-call rotation schedule).
