Job Description

O ur client, located in The Woodlands, is in need of a Sr. Case Manager with Life Insurance and/or Annuity experience!
Primary Responsibilities:
Review new annuity applications for accuracy and completeness before submission to the insurance company. Submit applications to the appropriate carriers and monitor progress through the underwriting and issuance process. Coordinate and follow up with agents and carriers to ensure all outstanding case requirements are met. Manage and track all case activity using our agency CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure timely updates and follow-through. Partner with the team to ensure an easy, seamless, and superior customer experience in every transaction.
Qualifications:
Possess strong computer skills; type 60+ wpm; MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) is a must; experience with Salesforce is a plus. Minimum of a High school diploma / GED Experience in a related position preferred but not required.

Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers; Effective time management skills; Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment; Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment; Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail a must; Ability to communicate precisely and professionally in both verbal and written communication with internal and external customers alike; Ability to react to change productively and positively; Ability and willingness to support the team to accomplish team goals.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
