We are seeking a dedicated Remote Vocational Case Manager and Ticket to Work Specialist to help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals and increase self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities Ticket to work Manage a caseload of Social Security disability beneficiaries participating in the Ticket to Work program Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments to identify skills, interests, and employment barriers Develop individualized work plans (IWPs) with achievable milestones and goals Provide career counseling, job readiness training, and benefits counseling Coordinate vocational rehabilitation services and connect clients with appropriate resources Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job search and employment Maintain detailed documentation and case notes in compliance with SSA requirements Advocate for reasonable accommodations in the workplace LTD Work Case management specializing in LTD forensic work Performing comprehensive transferable skills analysis to identify alternative employment opportunities based on claimants' existing abilities.
