Compile, maintain, and review participant records for accuracy and completeness, including the proper voiding of applications when necessary. Accurately enter and maintain electronic documentation in computerized record-keeping systems, as well as complete manual documentation when required to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Refer Program Participants to appropriate community resources and other organizations for services not provided by Palmetto CAP. Complete daily records to ensure accurate accounting of Program Participants served by the Outreach Department. Assist Case Managers by making copies of the required documentation needed to provide services to Program Participants. Provide clerical support to Case Managers as needed, including scanning, filing, copying, and maintaining documentation. Rotate between designated off-site locations as assigned to provide program and outreach services. Inform all CSBG and LIHEAP callers of the eligibility requirements and qualifications for the applicable programs.
Education:
Minimum Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Psychology, or Sociology field desired, or a combination of education and /or experience.
Work Experience:
3-6 months of Human Service experience required.
