The position is in an outpatient treatment setting.

Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Frequent contact with various referral sources. Coordinating patient appointments Sending text appointment reminders to patients Auditing patient files for required documents. Helping to coordinate patient intake and counselor assignments. Providing referrals to external human service agencies. Managing non-clinical cases Completing patient service authorizations. Ongoing communication with the Program Administrator and the clinical team. Completing documentation as necessary Supporting Program Administrator in ensuring tasks associated with each case are complete
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education/Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Social Services Field, from an accredited college or university. Case Management experience highly desired. Knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment highly desired. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and computer skills. A valid SC driver's license
