Full-time IMPACT Case Manager Northeastern Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time case manager for our IMPACT program. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field. Medication certification is required and training will be provided. The IMPACT team works with individuals in the office, community, and home settings while connecting with other resources.
