Key responsibilities include:
Provide housing stabilization coaching and case management support Meet with applicants facing challenges such as finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, and physical/mental impairments to understand needs and barriers Help participants follow lease requirements and build the skills to maintain housing Connect clients to community resources and partner organizations Required qualifications/skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Social Work preferred Two (2) years of experience and/or training in human services/social work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience If you're ready to turn momentum into stability for your community, apply to become our next Housing Stabilization Coach. You'll help clients tap into their own strengths, then map out environmental supports that can lift daily functioning. Expect to spend time helping families locate and evaluate programs that fit, and making warm handoffs to community resources and other organizations—so each step forward feels real, measurable, and motivating.
