We we're looking for Bailey & Galyen is seeking a Case Manager that will work with attorneys and negotiators to manage cases, from case initiation by the client and identification related requirements, to preparation of demands using software and acquisition of the related case documents. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. What you'll be doing Communicate immediately or as quickly as possible with Firm's new clients by phone, text, email and in person once the case has been assigned to your team. Verify all information and update reports accordingly. Conduct pre-claim investigation (accident report, photos of injuries, PD, vehicles and accident scene), legal research, and initial case assessments. Ensure documents are sent out to include LORs to defendants, insurance companies and providers as needed and in compliance with Texas State law. Coordinate and communicate with client and their medical providers as needed and provide the appropriate documentation to the respective entities. Build strong rapport with clients and advise the assigned attorney of any client problems that arise. Assist attorney and/or negotiator as requested. Prepare and send lien and accident report letters. Assist with the preparation of draft documents and demands to reach the respective demand goal each month as set forth by department heads. What you'll bring Individual must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Professional and pleasant, positive mental attitude. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe & Needles.

Preferred Experience:

Personal Injury Experience:

2 years Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (reading, writing, speaking, translating legal documents).
