• Solve JCR is a Texas-based post-judgment receivership firm helping clients recover on court judgments. We're growing our case management team and looking for someone detail-oriented, even-keeled, and comfortable working across departments to keep cases moving from onboarding through resolution. Despite the title, this role is based out of our Flower Mound office — it's named for the caseload it supports, not the work location. What You'll Do Manage case onboarding and coordinate closely with our legal and operations teams (including certified mail, service-fee checks, and calendaring) Track and manage court deadlines, hearing dates, and case timelines Monitor debtor email responses and document productions Schedule debtor's exams and Show Cause actions (Zoom, in-person, or hearing) Prepare organized, accurate work product for legal and secondary departments Grow into asset research and credit report review to identify levy sources as you build experience with the caseload What We're Looking For Experience with legal process work or real estate transactions (title, escrow, permitting, or similar) — you understand deadlines, documentation, and procedure Strong written communication — you'll be corresponding on behalf of the firm Emotional maturity and a level head; this work involves sensitive, sometimes difficult situations A go-with-the-flow attitude — priorities shift, and you adapt without losing track of details Comfortable preparing materials that other departments will rely on directly No specific degree required — what matters most is relevant hands-on experience and the judgment to handle case details accurately and discreetly.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
