Responsible for administering the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program, including determining eligibility, processing applications and recertifications, and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and verify income and household information Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation Monitor participant compliance with program requirements Serve as a point of contact for clients and landlords Coordinate inspections and annual reviews Assist participants with program guidelines and resources
Qualifications:
