MAS Law Firm is looking for YOU. We are hiring two experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our growing team. What You'll Do As a Case Manager, you will play an important role in managing our clients' cases and ensuring that every case receives the attention it deserves.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing assigned personal injury cases through resolution Maintaining regular and professional communication with clients Communicating with attorneys, insurance companies, and other third parties Maintaining accurate and organized case files Tracking deadlines, appointments, medical records, correspondence, and case activity Following up consistently with clients and third parties Assisting attorneys with case preparation and case strategy Monitoring case progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks Providing compassionate, professional, and responsive client service Protecting confidential and sensitive client information What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced professional who can hit the ground running .
The ideal candidate:
Has prior personal injury case management experience in a law firm —
REQUIRED
Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can effectively manage a large caseload and multiple deadlines Communicates clearly and professionally Is proactive and knows the importance of consistent follow-up Is dependable, responsible, and takes ownership of their work Has excellent client-service skills Works well independently and as part of a team Is proficient with Microsoft Office and Neos case management software Understands the pace and demands of a busy personal injury practice Why Join MAS Law Firm?
