We strive to consistently keep our clients informed of updates with their case and are dedicated to ensuring our client's current and future needs are taken care of. The office is seeking a motivated professional with excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, integrity and attention to detail. As the Commercial Litigation Case Manager, you work closely with the attorneys, administrators and other staff to assist in developing client cases by overseeing the case progresses timely by making sure discovery, depositions and mediations occur timely. •All positions within our firm are employee positions, NOT 1099 •Job duties include: Taking directive and working independently Researching and collecting accident facts and exhibits Contacting clients to obtain progressive updates on their treatment. Administering complex insurance claims to include liability, UM, UIM, PIP, liens and more. Conducting file reviews Answering phone lines Interviewing potential clients Requesting billing, medical records and verifying medical expenses Organizing and maintaining client files in both electronic and physical files Resolving problems independently and escalating issues with discernment Making arrangements for vehicle repairs, rentals, coordinating medical treatment, assisting attorneys with case development, calendaring attorney schedule, and more.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent, Degree perferred; Customer service experience Minimum 45 WPM typing speed Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills Ability to work well with others as a team Has professional manner and high energy level, exhibits a positive attitude Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure Reliability and dependability Problem analysis and problem-solving Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times Ability to read, write and speak
Spanish Preferred Qualifications:
College, technical school or combination related experience and/or training preferred Personal injury Case Management experience Paralegal experience and/or studies a plus

Pay:
