Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Case Manager to join our legal services team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee a diverse range of legal cases, ensuring efficient management from initiation through resolution. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal processes across personal injury. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional case support and maintaining meticulous documentation. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases. Coordinate case activities by opening claims, scheduling appointments, conducting interviews with clients and witnesses, and gathering essential documentation. Organize and maintain case files using document management systems such as Neos or similar platforms; ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct document review for accuracy and completeness. Support attorneys with project management tasks to ensure timely progression. Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing client communications via phone etiquette, and handling clerical duties like filing and data entry. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to clients' legal matters.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
