Compensation:

$60,000

• $65,000 yearly

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish)

• Essential to have the ability to speak Spanish fluently.

Please only apply if you are fluent Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury case management experience Background in sales a plus Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, medical providers, and adjusters Quality, deadline, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc. Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment Investigates, requests, and analyzes evidence/reports, and organizes and tracks files Knows how to bring value to a case Reviews and understands medical records Monitors client treatment Communicates with medical providers Communicates with adjusters and coordinates property damage Opens claims and educates the adjuster of treatment status Negotiates medical bills and liens Drafts demands Prepares and sends documents Please message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying to see your attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and tasks
