Case Manager Position Available:
Specializing in Personal Injury Law As a key member of our legal team, you will play a vital role in our client's journey toward justice. Your responsibilities will include assisting our clients in the claims process, coordinating with medical providers, and managing communication with insurance companies. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, ensuring they receive the compensation and support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with insurance companies to set up and manage claims. Organize case information and documents. Support Paralegals in gathering and summarizing medical records. Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters. Assist attorneys in managing cases. Conduct basic legal research. Draft correspondence and assist in preparing legal documents. Schedule in office and telephonic meetings with clients. Assist attorneys in trial preparation. Manage case calendar and litigation deadlines. Provide excellent customer service. Support Paralegals in their handling of assigned cases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. College degree preferred, but not required. Spanish-speaking required . At least 1 year of experience in a Case Manager role, preferably in personal injury law or litigation, but not required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., CasePeer, FileVine) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical conduct. Why Join Us?
