Job Description

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of case files, responding to program related inquiries, and filing. This position will be required to manage multiple high volume telephone lines and must be able to multi-task. Case Management experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate Demonstrative ability to communicate effectively Strong communication skills Must be experienced in preparation and problem solving Case management experience: 1 year (preferred, but not required) Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation, DMV record check, and drug screen.
