Job Description
Mental Health Skill-Building agency is currently seeking experienced QMHPs for its Mental Health Skill-Building Services Program. The QMHP is responsible for providing training to adult clients so they will have the skills needed to function as independently as possible in the home and community environments. Servicing Richmond and surrounding areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services or a related field, and aMINIMUM OF ONE
(1) year clinical work experience providing direct services to adults with a diagnosis of mental illness.- A valid driver's license; current vehicle insurance; and reliable transportation.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Candidate must be able to pass background check.
- Experience as QMHP for 1 year or longer providing direct services to individuals (21 or older) with a mental diagnosis of mental illness is a must.
- Candidate must meet all the qualifications of a QMHP as determined by DBHDS and DMAS.
- Must be registered with Virginia Department of Health Professions.
