Warrenton Woods Recovery Center Position Summary The Case Manager supports clients throughout their recovery journey by coordinating care, connecting them to resources, and helping ensure progress toward treatment goals. This role works closely with clinical staff to promote stability, independence, and long-term recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake screenings and gather basic client history Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized service plans Coordinate care with therapists, medical providers, and community partners Connect clients with resources such as housing, employment, healthcare, and benefits Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Support discharge planning and aftercare coordination Provide advocacy and assist during crisis situations as needed Ensure compliance with Virginia regulations and organizational policies Participate in team meetings and case reviews Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or related setting required Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation Additional Requirements If in recovery, must have a minimum of 1 year of continuous sobriety prior to hire Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and any required screenings Preferred (Not Required) Experience in substance use treatment or residential recovery settings Coursework or training in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Familiarity with community resources and support systems Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Problem-solving and crisis response skills Professional boundaries and ethical conduct Attention to detail in documentation Work Environment Fast-paced recovery setting with frequent client interaction May require some evening or weekend availability Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the facility and interact with clients Ability to respond appropriately in emergency or crisis situations Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Training and growth opportunitiesPay:
