Housing Case Manager•
Full Time Location:
Everett, WA Compensation:
$24
  • 26 per hour Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Housing Case Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Everett, WA area.
This role will support individuals transitioning into or maintaining stable housing through case management, resource coordination, and ongoing client support.

Schedule:
Onsite, standard business hours Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field OR minimum 2+ years of experience in case management or supportive housing At least 1 year of experience providing housing-related services Strong knowledge of housing systems, tenant rights, and compliance Ability to manage crisis situations and work with diverse populations Responsibilities Support clients before move-in through assessments and housing application assistance Create personalized housing stability plans based on client needs Help clients identify housing options and apply for rental subsidies Provide ongoing tenancy support and address issues before they escalate Coach clients on tenant rights, lease terms, and housing expectations Help resolve disputes with landlords, property managers, and neighbors Link clients with community services that strengthen long-term housing stability Keep thorough and accurate case notes and documentation Work closely with housing providers, agencies, and community partners Additional Information Onsite role based in Everett, WA Focus on long-term housing stability and client independence Work within a collaborative, community-focused environment Opportunity to support underserved populations Benefits 403(b) with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Professional development and tuition assistance Want to learn more about what it is like to work for SMS?
