The Treatment Coordinator also ensures service delivery is individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Assess each child's needs in all life domains and develop treatment plan goals. Provide ongoing advocacy and support for the child's educational needs. Initiate and coordinate therapeutic services when appropriate. Make regular contact with each youth to assess safety and well-being. Qualifications Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Bachelor's degree in human services or related field. Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance.
