Full Moon Foundations ABA (FMFABA) is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Community Outreach & Referral Development Coordinator to support our growing presence throughout Northwest Arkansas. This relationship-focused role includes researching potential referral sources, building and maintaining professional relationships, maintaining accurate contact, communication, outreach, and referral information within our CRM, attending and representing FMFABA at community events, assisting with the planning or hosting of community events, and supporting caregivers during the initial intake process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, completing administrative tasks, initiating conversations, following up consistently, and building genuine professional relationships throughout the community.

Position Details Part-time Hybrid:

Pay:

$19-$25 per hour , depending on relevant experience and qualifications Approved business mileage reimbursed according to FMFABA policy Responsibilities Research and identify potential referral sources throughout Northwest Arkansas. Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, diagnostic providers, therapists, schools, daycare/preschool programs, insurance care coordinators, case managers, community organizations, and other professionals serving children and families. Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits. Follow up consistently with referral sources and community contacts to develop ongoing professional relationships. Educate community partners about FMFABA's ABA services, referral process, service areas, and populations served. Conduct scheduled intake calls with caregivers and complete intake forms by phone. Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, communications, outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up information. Research community events, networking opportunities, and potential partnerships. Assist with planning and attend approved community events, networking opportunities, and provider visits. Maintain outreach materials and provide updates regarding referral development, intake activity, and outreach performance. Success in this role is based on the quality and consistency of relationship development, not simply the number of emails sent, phone calls made, or materials distributed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and confident phone, email, and in-person communication skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and developing relationships with new professional contacts. Strong organizational, research, and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable using a CRM or similar tracking system. Comfortable speaking with caregivers by phone and gathering intake information. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures and deadlines. Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance required. Ability to travel throughout Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities. Experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, referral development, community outreach, behavioral health, ABA, pediatric healthcare, intake coordination, care coordination, case management, community partnerships, or healthcare business development is preferred but not required. Previous ABA experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Growth Opportunity FMFABA is looking for someone interested in growing with the organization long-term.
