Duties Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies tailored to culturally diverse communities, including grassroots organizing and community engagement activities Manage volunteer programs by recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers to support outreach initiatives Build strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and community leaders to expand program reach and impact Conduct public speaking engagements at community events, workshops, and meetings to promote programs and raise awareness about key issues such as public health and addiction prevention Oversee data collection efforts related to outreach activities, ensuring accurate tracking of participation metrics and program outcomes Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to promote events, share success stories, and engage target audiences effectively Coordinate youth programs by designing educational activities, facilitating workshops, and fostering leadership among young participants Lead project management efforts by planning timelines, setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of outreach projects Experience Proven experience in community outreach or grassroots organizing within diverse or underserved populations Strong background in volunteer management and supervising teams of staff or volunteers Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences from various backgrounds Demonstrated success in program development, project management, and implementing strategic outreach initiatives Proficiency in social media management tools, data collection methods, and digital marketing strategies Experience working with culturally diverse communities on health promotion or social services projects Knowledge of addiction counseling principles, public health issues, or social work practices is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching broader community segments Leadership experience in team settings with a focus on collaboration and community empowerment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as reporting and client communication Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in making a meaningful impact through energetic community engagement!
