Enrollment & Community Outreach Coordinator Part-Time | Up to 25 hours per week Wage range is $22-$25 per hour based on experience, plus opportunity for performance-based bonuses Who are we? Code Ninjas Oro Valley helps kids build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills through coding and technology. We're looking for an organized, friendly self-starter to guide families from their first question through enrollment. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone to drive and follow sales leads from parent conversations, local school coordination, and community outreach, with support from the owners. Tasks may include, but are not limted to: Help parents understand our programs, choose the right service for their kiddo, and complete registration. Follow up with new inquiries, previous leads, and families who attended a free Game Building Session. Schedule Game Building Sessions, send reminders, and follow up afterward. Respond to birthday inquiries and guide families through booking. Build relationships with schools, parent organizations, and local businesses; coordinate community events that introduce families to Code Ninjas. Keep accurate records and next steps in HubSpot; share a brief weekly update on appointments, enrollments, bookings, and outreach. Who will thrive in this job? This position is for someone who's comfortable starting conversations, asking for enrollment, and following up thoughtfully. This person will plan ahead, keep commitments, and take initiative. Strong organization is essential. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, membership services, admissions, hospitality, or community outreach is helpful. Coding experience is not required; we'll teach you about our programs. This job requires a background check.
