Job Description

Job Summary:
The Community Impact Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing two of Amistades' community-centered initiatives: Vida Hermosa and Amistades Prosperity Circles, a project of Capital Culture. This position will build trusted relationships with residents, community leaders, service providers, financial institutions, and organizational partners. The coordinator will create welcoming opportunities for community members to identify shared priorities, strengthen local leadership, increase economic stability, and develop community-driven solutions. The Community Impact Coordinator will serve as the lead coordinator for Vida Hermosa, with a primary focus on implementation in Pima and Pinal Counties. The coordinator will work closely with Amistades staff supporting the Cochise County coalition to maintain strong communication and alignment across all three counties. The position will also coordinate Prosperity Circles in Southern Arizona. Prosperity Circles use culturally responsive and relationship-based approaches to help participants strengthen their financial knowledge, develop personal and household goals, increase their confidence navigating financial systems, and build collective pathways toward economic prosperity. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, community connector, and organized project coordinator who understands that lasting community change begins with trust, culture, relationships, and the knowledge already present within the community.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public health or equivalent education and experience Valid Arizona DPS level one fingerprint clearance card Consent to random drug testing Valid Arizona driver's license Reliable transportation Current automobile insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
