Full Job Description General Summary:
Supports the Foundation's mission through community outreach, fundraising, donor stewardship, volunteer coordination, grant support, and community education initiatives. Represents the Foundation professionally while building relationships that expand awareness and financial support.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Represent the Foundation at community education, outreach, and fundraising events. Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns and special events. Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, community organizations, healthcare providers, and volunteers. Research grant opportunities and assist with proposal preparation. Recruit, train, schedule, and recognize volunteers. Promote Foundation programs through presentations, social media support, and community engagement. Maintain outreach, donor, and event records. Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, public relations, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Two years of experience in fundraising, community outreach, nonprofit development, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred.
Other Requirements:
Flexible part-time schedule with evening/weekend availability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compliance with Federal, Arizona, local laws, HIPAA (as applicable), I-9, background screening, and CNS policies.
