Our caregivers provide compassionate companionship, personal care assistance, and homemaker support for clients in their own homes settings. We are growing, and we're looking for a motivated marketer to help connect more families with the care they need. Position Summary As our Home Care Marketer, you will be the face of Agape EliteCare Solutions in the community. You will identify and build relationships with facilities, prospective clients, and their families who need caregiver services, and turn those connections into new client referrals. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys networking, is comfortable meeting new people, and cares about serving others. Responsibilities Identify and generate leads among assisted living facilities, independent living communities, group homes, and other care settings that need caregiver staffing or support Reach out to individuals and families seeking in-home caregiving for a loved one Build and maintain referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote our services Meet with prospective clients and families to explain our non-medical care services and answer questions Coordinate with our intake and scheduling team to ensure a smooth start of care for new clients Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions to raise brand awareness Track leads, outreach activity, and results in a CRM or weekly report Meet monthly and quarterly referral and client acquisition goals Qualifications Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (home care, senior care, or healthcare industry experience is a strong plus) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with cold calling, facility visits, and face-to-face networking Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM or social media tools) Ability to pass a background check Knowledge of the local senior care community is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission or referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth with a mission-driven, growing company A meaningful role helping families find quality care How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed, or send it to info@agapeelitecare.com.
