Part-Time W-2 Employee | Initial 3-Month Temporary Employment Period Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to represent our non-medical home care agency by developing relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners. This is a part-time W-2 position with an initial 3-month temporary trial period. Continued employment after the trial period will be based on performance, attendance, business needs, and overall fit with the company. Schedule Monday-Thursday, approximately 16 hours per week Regular schedule will be determined with management Community outreach may be conducted outside of the office during scheduled work hours The schedule may be adjusted by mutual agreement to accommodate specific community events or networking opportunities Any additional hours must be authorized by management Compensation Starting pay: $28.00 per hour Part-time W-2 employment Approximately 16 hours per week Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners. Introduce our agency and educate referral sources about our non-medical home care services. Schedule and conduct community outreach visits. Deliver marketing materials and company information. Attend approved networking and community events. Follow up with referral partners and maintain professional communication. Track outreach activities and provide updates to management. Represent the agency professionally and positively in the community. Perform additional services or duties as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable networking and developing professional relationships. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation for community outreach. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Sales, healthcare, marketing, home care, or community outreach experience preferred. Initial 3-

The first three months will be an initial temporary employment period during which the company will evaluate performance, attendance, reliability, professionalism, and overall fit.
