Promote Chasing 7 Dreams programs and services to families, caregivers, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations. Build relationships with community partners and identify opportunities for collaboration. Share information about upcoming programs and services with families and community members. Collect and organize contacts and outreach leads for potential partnerships. Event Support & Coordination Assist with organizing and preparing for community events that Chasing 7 Dreams participates in each month. Help coordinate event materials, promotional items, supplies, and outreach materials. Assist with event setup, breakdown, registration, and general event support. Communicate with event organizers and community partners as needed. Help ensure Chasing 7 Dreams is professionally represented at events. Program Support Attend and assist with Chasing 7 Dreams programs and events, including adaptive camps, community outings, adaptive sports programs, and educational workshops. Assist with participant check-in, activities, supplies, and general program support. Interact positively and professionally with children, young adults, families, caregivers, staff, and community partners. Assist program staff with tasks to help programs run smoothly. Organizational Support Follow up with community organizations and potential partners when appropriate. Provide updates on outreach activities, contacts, and potential collaborations. Assist with organizing outreach materials and event supplies. Perform other duties related to community outreach, events, and program support as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in community outreach, event support, customer service, nonprofit work, recreation, education, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people and organizations. Friendly, professional, and approachable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with children, families, or individuals with special needs is a plus. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. Must be willing to work some evenings and/or weekends based on program and event schedules.
