27-Jul-2026 Job Summary The University of Colorado Athletics Department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Community Outreach Associate for the 2026 - 2027 season. This position plays a key role in planning and executing community outreach initiatives, mascot appearances, youth programming, Kids Club activities, donation fulfillment, fan engagement and special events. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Assist with organizing Chip's Kids Club events and membership initiatives. Connect with community organizations and campus partners. Support Spirit Program administrative needs. Assist with and support set-up and breakdown of community activations including all kids club events on game days and community events. What You Should Know This is a temporary, onsite role that will likely work 25-35 hours per week. Work hours occur during standard business hours, as well as evenings, weekends, holidays, and athletic events as require. What We Can Offer $19/hr. What We Would Like You to Have Experience working with youth organizations, nonprofit organizations, schools, or community partners.
